American black metal heavyweights NACHTMYSTIUM and LEVIATHAN are finally releasing their split LP that was planned for release in 2008 but was blocked due to legal issues regarding the bands contracts with their respective labels at the time. Wrest &
Blake Judd have been close friends for nearly 15 years and were bandmates in TWILIGHT for ten years, so the split finally coming out is a great thing in the opinions of these two old friends. This LP is a collection of black metal covers from the bands who've influenced both bands the most. The main focus being on US black metals most important band, JUDAS ISCARIOT, whom both bands contribute covers of on this release. The albums artwork is a hail to JUDAS ISCARIOT album art, and the title is a play on the JI track, "In The Valley of Death, I Am Their King", from the bands final album, 'To Embrace The Corpses Bleeding' (Red Stream Records, 2002) Other bands covered on this split include Norwegian legends ILDJARN and BURZUM, and primal early-90's black metal underground legends VON. Ladies and gentlemen,

I’m glad to inform you that the recording sessions of our second album 'Faunalia' have finally ended!



'Faunalia' is the result of three years of hard work on our creature. We have improved some aspects of our sound and we have had the pleasure to collaborate with some Italian Artists we strongly respect whose names will be revelead in due time...



This work represents an evolution of our sound and visual concept with a dark romantic approach to the typical Italian sounds, giving new impetus to Selvans identity.



There are only a few steps left, then the album will be ready to be released via Avantgarde Music by the end of 2018. But... let us tell the most impatient of you that we are going to play some new stuff during the upcoming ‘Hirpi European Tour’.

On July 6th 2018, Norwegian black metal legends IMMORTAL will unleash their first studio album since »All Shall Fall«, released almost nine years ago. The legendary band has forged »Northern Chaos Gods«, an album which takes IMMORTAL back to its roots. The album features eight new tracks consisting of 45 minutes of merciless speed and icy darkness, all massive songs in the true IMMORTAL way.



The band has once again been focusing on making their music without much outside influence.



"We are eternally dedicated to IMMORTAL and our own musical past.

The album is conceptual, and the first step in the reclaiming of our past grimness and attitude. Loyalty to the fans and our own musical history is very significant in this. Our new album will soon be available, with songs from the very gates of Blashyrkh - the realm of all darkness and cold."



IMMORTAL will first release a 7'' vinyl single of their first new song, the title track 'Northern Chaos Gods'. It will be available in three different colours and is strictly limited edition. The digital version of the track will be available on May 11th, while the physical single is out on May 25th, in the following editions:

*NOTE: To be clear, after years of unsucessfully tyring to record the follow up album to "Blood Geometry", I decided to focus my energies on recording and releasing a single track. As you may be aware, the material for the next full length album has been written for quite a few years now;
I just need to record it. So instead of starting and re-starting the recording process with nothing to show for it, creating a single track has allowed me to finally share new music with you all. In this period of silence I've had to re-assess the ways in which I create and manifest the multiverse of Elysian Blaze. Being able to finally share new music is energising and strengthening. The prospect of recording a new album doesn't seem so daunting now, and my focus is now on finally completing that goal. Thank you for your patience. Kindest regards, ~M.
